Poly / cotton with lilac background skirt fully lined with a deep lilac coloured cotton lining. Material has a subtle flower pattern It is a 'one off' garment. It has two pockets with embroidery in a variaged thread at the front and an elasticated waistband the latter allowing some growth. It is accompanied by a childs shoulder bag in matching material with a silk plaited ribbon strap and popper fastener.
